Delivery, refunds and exchanges

Standard delivery is within 3-5 business days from ordering.

Express Delivery is within 1-2 business days from ordering.

Please note we do not send items over the weekend so any orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will not be sent until the following Monday.

During busy periods delivery may be slightly longer and unfortunately this may be out of our control.

Please provide and email/phone number when placing your order as this is where your tracking details will be sent.

Hoodies are pre ordered only which means that there is a 2 week lead time before dispatch. We do aim do send these sooner but please allow the extra time if you place an order

Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you will be happy with your items that you have purchased. If for any reason you would like to send them back you must notify us as soon as possible and let us know you would like to send your order back by emailing sales@nicheequestrianwear.com or by filling out our online form. We will provide you with a returns address and once we receive them we will issue you a refund excluding any delivery costs.

If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange please let us know as we may not have the item in stock.

Returns/exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order with all its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service as we will not be at fault for lost returns.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
